core values
advocacy
Personal injury litigation in Ontario is adversarial and emotionally taxing for accident injury victims. Often injured individuals feel bullied and attacked by insurance companies. We take our roles as advocates seriously and protect our clients from the harsh system we work within.
resilience
Insurance companies will place numerous barriers between an injured victim and fair compensation. We persistently navigate these hurdles so that your clients prevail
empathy
Personal injury law is far more human than most areas of law. No one wants to be involved in a lawsuit because of their serious injuries. We endeavour not only to obtain excellent compensation for clients, but also guide our clients with compassion and understanding.
Complete this form and someone from our office will contact you to arrange a free consultation. We work on a contingency basis, meaning you do not have to pay unless we resolve your claim successfully.
