How do I pay a Personal Injury Lawyer?

Most people cannot afford to pay lawyers’ on an hourly basis. Therefore, most personal injury lawyers are willing to work on a “contingency fee” basis. This means that if your case is not successful, you do not have to pay your lawyer money for their time. If the case settles or results in a verdict at trial, a percentage of your settlement is paid as legal fees to the law firm.
At Foster Injury Law, we usually operate on a contingency fee basis. Our legal fees range from 25% up to a maximum of 35% of the value of your case.
