We pay the maximum referral fees permitted under Law Society Guidelines to licensed lawyers and paralegals. Currently, the Law Society of Ontario permits a referral fee of 15% on the first $50,000 earned in legal fees and 5% thereafter up to a limit of $25,000.

At Foster Injury Law, we focus on providing client centered legal services. This approach allows you to have confidence that your referral will be satisfied with the manner in which they were treated by their representatives. Additionally, we are happy to provide regular reporting on the progress of cases at whichever intervals are preferred.
